Owyhee Dance Team Swirls Their Way to the Top
Our pride amplifies as we say a hearty congratulations to the Owyhee Dance Team for their spectacular achievement of securing consecutive State Championship titles! The finesse, grit, and poise they showed at the state championship were indeed unforgettable! But the glory does not stop there.
Our Dance Team has gone on to clinch the title of IHSAA 5A Academic State Champions for Dance Teams with a striking combined GPA of 3.840. We could not be prouder of your dedication and the collective hard work that you have invested in making this achievement a reality.
Debate Teams Make Waves
Our stormy spirit was also alive and well at the District 3 Debate competition. With the OHS Debate team securing third place, our participants have indeed put forth a strong voice. A Threepeat for Owyhee Varsity Boys Basketball
An iconic three-year victory! A heartiest congratulations to our Owyhee Varsity Boys Basketball team for pulling off their 3rd consecutive District Championship. According to Coach Harrington, "The boys have worked super hard these last three years and we have earned every win." Thanks to every member and supporter of Storm nation for this hard-fought achievement!
Cheerleading Squad Finishes Strong
Our Cheer squad proved their mettle at the Idaho State Cheerleading Competition, securing a robust second place among formidable competitors and bringing home the highest placement in program history! Kudos to all those undying cheers!
Color Guard Shines
After being reclassified to a more challenging division for the second consecutive year, our Owyhee Color Guard team astounded everyone by scoring first place at the home competition. With three more competitions in the season, we're confident they will continue to wave their banners high!
Boys & Girls Wrestling Strikes Powerfully
Our boys and girls wrestling teams stepped strongly into fresh territory with six wrestlers qualifying for the state tournament. Ryker Andreason and Maxim Osmond reached the semifinal rounds, setting two "Owyhee firsts", while Elena Guerena, Ryker Andreason, and Maxim Osmond stole the show with decorated performances. Bravo, everyone!

Owyhee's Theater Department showcased an electrifying rendition of "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief," winning countless standing ovations from dazzled audiences. Their passion and talent infused the story with vivacity that was both thrilling and mesmerizing.
